Hello and welcome to my happy place!

 

My name is Kira and I am a proud New Yorker, born and raised on Long Island! In my spare time, I enjoy reading "Romantasy" novels (send me your fave Booktok recs!), staying active through local fitness classes, and spending time with friends and family!

 

Kira's Cupcakery is a fully registered, online cupcake boutique, specializing in weddings and bridal events. After spending almost 15 years building a successful career in the beauty industry as an Aesthetician, Makeup Artist & Beauty Instructor, I discovered a passion for baking after I decided to become a barista! Being exposed to different flavor combinations and learning all about the human palette inspired me to want to make my own edible creations. I also just happen to love sweets and could not think of a better way to combine my obsession with sugar and my background in beauty than to create my own gourmet bakes that are (almost) too pretty to eat! 

 

As I continue my journey as a colorblind, bespoke, cottage baker, I am dedicated to sharing quality creations with the world; made with real, fresh ingredients (never a mix from a box!), professional equipment, and (most importantly) love!
