Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your order, you must contact Kira's Cupcakery via email 48 hours prior to the agreed upon pickup time. In the event of a canceled order within the time frame, a 50% refund will be processed to the original form of payment. If an order is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, NO refund will be provided. Once an order has been booked, a full refund will never be offered.

Lateness Policy

$25.00 will be required after 10 minutes of lateness. $1.00 will be required for each additional minute of lateness, up to 1 hour. Order pickup will be moved to an alternate date after 1 hour of lateness. The bank card entered to pay your invoice WILL automatically be charged in the event of a Late Fee.

Examples: The "Late Fee" required after 27 minutes of lateness will be $42.00. If you are over an hour late and the pickup date must be changed, the "Late Fee" required will be $75.00.

Additional Policies

All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.
All payments are non-transferrable.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
All policies will be enforced, whether they have been reviewed or not
An order will not be considered "booked" until full payment has been received.
In the event of a "No Call/No Show", no refunds will be offered.
Kira's Cupcakery LLC is NOT an allergen-free kitchen and can not be held liable for any allergic reactions. If you or someone in your party has any food allergy, I do not recommend that you purchase from my kitchen.
Kira's Cupcakery LLC reserves all artistic freedoms & interpretations when creating all custom orders.
Kira's Cupcakery LLC owns all images photographed of all bakes produced and reserves the right to use any and all images for any purposes at any time, including marketing, advertising, examples of artistry, etc.
