Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your order, you must contact Kira's Cupcakery via email or DM (NOT via text) at least 48 hours prior to the agreed upon pickup or delivery time.
In the event of a canceled order within the above time frame, a 50% refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
If an order is canceled with less than 48 hours notice, NO refund will be provided.
Once an order has been booked, a full, 100% refund will never be offered under any circumstance.

All policies will be enforced, whether they have been reviewed by the customer or not.

An order will not be considered "booked" until full payment has been received.

In the event of a "No Call/No Show", no refunds will be offered.

Kira's Cupcakery is NOT an allergen-free kitchen and can not be held liable for any allergic reactions. If you or someone in your party has any food allergy, I do not recommend that you purchase from my kitchen.

Kira's Cupcakery reserves all artistic freedoms & interpretations when creating all custom orders.

Kira's Cupcakery owns all images photographed of all bakes produced and reserves the right to use any and all images for any purposes at any time, including marketing, advertising, examples of artistry, etc.
