Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Yes, I do offer delivery for a fee! Please let me know approximately what your requested delivery location would be when you reach out--I do also work Full-Time along with baking but I will always try to accommodate you!

Where are you located? 

In Deer Park on Long Island in New York--The exact pickup address is always provided after full payment is received. I am close to both the Deer Park High School and the Wyandanch LIRR train station!

How can I place an order?

Please send me an Instagram DM @kirascupcakery or send me an email to kirascupcakery@gmail.com to place any new order! Just to help keep myself organized, please do not call or text regarding an order!

Do you have a storefront? Can I stop in to taste a few?

I wish! I do not have a storefront/bakery and I do not offer "testers," samples or tasting boxes. I am currently a home-baker and all cupcakes are "bespoke" or Made-To-Order but please send me an Instagram Direct Message to ask about any "Flash Sales" that I may have going on--I often have spares available!

How do I pay?

Once we have agreed upon your customized quote, an invoice can be sent to you via email and you will be able to pay your invoice online using any bank card! You are also able to pay via Venmo or PayPal!

Do you offer vegan/gluten-free /eggless cupcakes?

No, all of my cupcakes currently contain eggs, dairy, and gluten products but I hope to have a vegan option available in the near future!

If you or someone in your party has any food allergy, I do not recommend that you purchase from my kitchen.

Fridge

Do the cupcakes need to be refrigerated?  How should I store them?

How long do the cupcakes last?

Yes; Pop them in the fridge as soon as possible, then let them come to room temperature for about 20-25 minutes before enjoying! Please note that the fondant toppers can NOT be refrigerated!

I can only guarantee their freshness for 1-2 days, so please plan accordingly when selecting a pick-up date! Please note that any bake containing fresh florals must be served the same day that the order is picked up. Fresh flowers begin to wilt and die once I cut them and do not last overnight.

Are the flowers or butterflies edible?

No; the butterflies and flowers are NOT edible.  I use real, fresh flowers so please remove them before enjoying! Please note that any bake containing fresh florals must be served the same day that the order is picked up. How soon should I order?

I do ask for a minimum of 2 weeks notice for all custom orders, to ensure that I have time to order any customized additions. Please understand that my calendar fills up very quickly, especially on weekends in the Spring & Summer so I do recommend reaching out as early as possible!

Cakes

Do you do cakes, cookies, dipped berries etc.?

Nope, I exclusively offer cupcakes for now but cakes are coming soon so stay tuned!

Can you make it EXACTLY like this picture? I love it!

I'm so glad that you love a certain style! However, due to the creative nature of my work, bakes will vary slightly from previous designs--especially if flowers are used.  I promise, yours will still be gorgeous!
